I stumbled on this show when I was browsing imdb.com. Nobody I know has even heard of it yet which is very strange considering just how good it is. It's witty, smart, has great acting and characters and is very fast paced. It's a drama but has some good laughs. Jeff Daniels plays a great anchorman, Emily Mortimer is as cute and charming as always, and the Slumdug Millionaire himself, Dev Patel, is in it too! Plus, Allison Pill does an excellent job; she is Canadian.

Formal night at the bar

A man walks into a bar but gets stopped at the door. The doorman says he needs a tie to get in tonight. So he heads back to his car to find one. The closest thing he can find are booster cables so he wraps those around his neck and ties them up as neatly as he can. He heads back to the bar. The doorman takes a good  look at him and says "Ok... but don't start anything."

A penguin on a road trip

A vacationing penguin is driving through Arizona when he notices that the oil-pressure light is on. He gets out to look and sees oil dripping out of the motor. He drives to the nearest town and stops at the first gas station. After dropping the car off, the penguin goes for a walk around town. He sees an ice-cream shop and, being a penguin in Arizona, decides that something cold would really hit the spot. He gets a big bowl of vanilla ice cream and sits down to eat. Having no hands, he makes a real mess trying to eat with his little flippers. After finishing his ice cream, he goes back to the gas station and asks the mechanic if he has found the problem. The mechanic looks up and says: "It looks like you blew a seal." "No, no," the penguin replies, "it's just ice cream."

A woman slices a shot on the golf course

Two women are playing golf on a sunny afternoon when one of them slices her shot into a foursome of men. To her horror, one of the men collapses in agony with both hands in his crotch. She runs to him apologizing profusely, explaining that she is a physical therapist and can help ease his pain.

"No thanks... just give me a few minutes... I'll be fine..." he replies quietly with his hands still between his legs. Taking it upon herself to help the poor man, she gently undoes the front of his pant and starts massaging his genitals. "Doesn't that feel better?" she asks.

"Well... yes... that feels pretty good," he admits. "but my thumb still hurts like hell."

Lissie - Catching a Tiger

Lissie is awesome. I'm not sure why she isn't more popular - she is such a talent and pretty good looking too. Her album "Catching a Tiger" is great music; all the songs have their own unique flow; the lyrics are pretty cool and she's got great rhythm.
